The Weymouth – On - Sea townhouse project was centred around the concept of family living at the forefront of the design whilst combining affordable living in an emerging suburb next to the water. The dwellings perfectly accommodate three bedrooms having sea views, a generous open plan living/dining/kitchen that allows for outdoor flow to the rear garden, and a single car garage with large laundry.

 

The 3DFactory worked alongside the Townhouse Building Company to help purchase the land based on a prospective design output and planning research completed before the auction. Once the land was purchased the 3DFactory provided full architectural services and construction management and sales and managed the entire process through to council sign off and settlement.

 

Settling in 2022 the project was a total success for our clients and was a joy to complete every stage throughout the entire life of the project.
